Station Omega
Bracing yourself against the unease, you shout, “Who’s out there? Show yourself!” The suffocating stillness presses in as your flashlight’s beam stays locked on the shape in the distance. With a wrench in hand from the nearest workstation, you heave it toward the far corner of the space. The sound of it smashing against the surface reverberates, and you watch the figure intently, searching for any response.Remaining in a crouch, you carefully approach the figure, the flashlight beam steady and unwavering. You take one step at a time, your muscles tense as you try to stay hidden.A wave of dread washes over you as you step backward, maintaining the beam of your flashlight on the figure. Reaching the door, you swiftly exit and activate the emergency seal to lock the reactor room.
