Station Omega
You carefully toss a small object, like a loose bolt, toward the far side of the storage bay, hoping the sound will draw the figure's attention away from your hiding spot and give you a chance to reposition or plan your next move. You spot a nearby environmental control panel and consider activating it to create a sudden change in the storage bay—perhaps a burst of steam or a temperature drop—to disorient the shadowy figure and buy yourself time to act or escape. You quickly scan your surroundings for materials to set up a defensive trap—perhaps rigging a heavy crate to fall or using the wrench to create a makeshift tripwire. If the figure gets too close, you’ll be ready to defend yourself. You notice a terminal tucked in the corner of the storage bay. If you can reach it without being detected, you might be able to access the security logs to identify the figure or learn more about what’s happening on the station.
