Deciding not to address the trap for now, Evelyn follows the trail of chalk markings deeper into the corridor. She advances slowly, her flashlight sweeping the area ahead as she keeps an eye out for anything unusual or threatening.Evelyn arranges her trench coat over the crate, padding it with rubble to mimic the outline of someone hiding. Once satisfied with her decoy, she fades into the darkness, ready to spring her trap when her prey takes the bait.Using the rusted pipe and twine, Evelyn rigs a basic tripwire that spans the width of the passage. She then arranges the broken crate fragments strategically to blend the trap seamlessly into the surroundings.Evelyn notices the fire escape ladder bolted to the building's side and ascends it swiftly, aiming for a strategic vantage point. Once on the rooftop, she positions herself behind an air vent, flashlight and gun in hand, waiting to catch the figure off guard.
